Service Description

Our modular skating activations offer a high-impact, pop-up experience featuring premium synthetic rink surfaces customizable in sizes up to 40' x 60'. Each installation is secured by styled perimeter barrier walls for crowd control and includes a dedicated skate-change zone with temporary seating and a tailored inventory of rental skates. To ensure a seamless guest flow, we utilize a fully integrated digital waiver system accessible via strategically placed QR codes for instant, paperless check-in. SITE & SURFACE REQUIREMENTS Primary Surface: A solid, flat, level concrete surface is required for standard installation. Leveling/Staging: If the surface is uneven, sloped, or grass/dirt, sub-floor staging will be required. This service is available for an additional fee and must be surveyed 14 days prior to activation. Footprint: Flexible configurations available up to 40' x 60' (2,400 sq. ft.). Total footprint must allow an additional 10' perimeter for the skate change area and queueing. 2. UTILITIES & ACCESS Water Access: A standard water source (hose bib/spigot) must be available within 100 feet of the rink perimeter for initial cleaning and ongoing surface maintenance. Electrical Power: * One (1) dedicated 110V/15-amp standard circuit is required within 50 feet for skate sharpening equipment and rink lighting. No high-voltage refrigeration power is required (synthetic surface). Access: Direct vehicle or loading dock access to the installation site is required for the delivery of synthetic panels, barrier walls, and rental inventory.
